You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use SurvHome. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
SurvHome is a marketplace that helps customers discover and book independent service providers. Providers are not SurvHome employees. Providers control how they perform services and are responsible for qualifications, permits, insurance, safety, and compliance required for their work.
Customers must provide accurate location, scope, date, and access details. Providers must keep listings and availability accurate and communicate changes through SurvHome. Any price, schedule, or scope change should be confirmed by both parties in the booking record.
Customer payments are processed by the selected payment provider. SurvHome may deduct the disclosed platform commission before provider payout. Providers are responsible for payout-account accuracy, taxes, and payment-provider requirements. Processing fees, conversion fees, holds, or delays may be applied by payment providers.
Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on booking status, work performed, evidence, and the applicable refund policy. SurvHome may review booking communications and evidence to help resolve disputes. Payment-provider chargeback processes may also apply.
Do not use SurvHome for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Do not misuse personal data, evade platform payments, manipulate reviews, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you upload and grant SurvHome permission to host, display, and process it to operate and promote the marketplace. Threats, harassment, hate, sexual or obscene material, spam, fraud, impersonation, and content that violates another person's rights are prohibited. Users can report conversations and block booking-chat participants in the app. SurvHome may review content and take action for safety, fraud prevention, support, moderation, and dispute resolution.
SurvHome may restrict or close accounts for policy violations, safety risks, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or conduct that harms users or the platform. Users may delete their account in the mobile app or through the public deletion page.
SurvHome is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular provider, or a specific service outcome. To the extent permitted by law, SurvHome is not responsible for indirect losses or independent provider conduct.
