Delete directly in the app

1. Sign in to the SurvHome mobile app.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your account. Include your registered email or phone and whether you use a customer or provider account. Never send your password, OTP, card number, or banking credentials.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your sign-in credentials, profile, addresses, device registrations, uploaded profile and provider media, and public content. Limited booking, transaction, payout, dispute, and security records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. Retained records are no longer connected to a visible SurvHome profile.
