Shared standards for customers, providers, and admins

These guidelines define the expected behavior for a safe, reliable, and professional home-services marketplace.

Respectful Communication

Keep messages professional and focused on the service request.
Avoid harassment, threats, discriminatory language, or pressure tactics.
Share service details clearly so expectations are aligned before work begins.

Honest Marketplace Activity

Customers should only book services they genuinely need.
Providers should list accurate prices, service areas, durations, and availability.
Reviews should reflect real completed service experiences.

Safe Service Completion

Providers should only mark work complete after the service is finished.
Customers should share completion OTPs only when the job is actually complete.
Both sides should report unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.

Content and Uploads

Upload only service-relevant images, proof, profile photos, and verification documents.
Do not upload private documents or images that belong to another person without permission.
Avoid misleading portfolio images or service claims.

Moderation Approach

In the current build, admins can manage users, providers, disputes, audit logs, notifications, bookings, and categories. Future production moderation can add automated alerts, support tickets, and escalation workflows.
