SurvHome is built around verified accounts, clear booking states, protected dashboards, service completion OTPs, and marketplace moderation tools.

For Customers

Review provider profiles, ratings, service details, and verification status before booking.
Keep booking communication and service details inside SurvHome whenever possible.
Use the completion OTP only after the service is actually completed.
Report suspicious behavior, unsafe service conditions, or payment concerns promptly.

For Providers

Keep your profile, service area, portfolio, and service listings accurate.
Accept only work you can complete safely, professionally, and on time.
Respect customer privacy and service-location rules.
Upload only appropriate proof, portfolio, and verification documents.

For Platform Admins

Review provider verification requests carefully before approval.
Monitor disputes, audit logs, categories, notifications, and account status changes.
Keep sensitive information out of public-facing responses and screenshots.
Use backend role guards as the source of truth for protected actions.
